Small contractors often price work from memory or a spreadsheet and only learn after the job whether it made money. RHACOVA connects the estimate, the proposal and the job so cost, price and profit stay visible from the first number to closeout.
How RHACOVA handles financial calculations
Cost, price and profit are kept separate; margin and markup are never confused; overhead is its own line. Money uses exact decimal arithmetic, and each result can show how it was calculated. RHACOVA does not publish industry averages or supplier prices — you enter your own. The full rules are in the methodology.
