Both include the same connected RHACOVA product: CRM and follow-ups, estimates, Profit Guard, proposals, job costs and forecasts, scheduling, daily logs, crew hours, material requirements, supplier quotes, purchase orders and receiving, client updates, PDF reports and managerial financial tools. Solo has 1 user; Team has up to 3, including the owner. Financial Management is enabled separately within the company and follows permissions—not a separate module purchase.

Your trial starts when you create your first company workspace, not when you sign up. You have 14 days to try the product with up to 3 users. One promotional trial is available per person; creating another company does not restart it.

No credit card is required to start the trial. Choosing Solo or Team on this page only remembers your preference; it does not open paid checkout, save a card or schedule a payment.

Billing does not start automatically. Existing company data remains accessible, but creating and editing business records is restricted until you subscribe. Owners and admins can still use the available workspace export.

Yes. During the unpaid trial, the company owner can save, switch or clear the Solo/Team preference in Account & Billing. This does not change the remaining trial time, start a subscription or charge you.

A paid subscription starts only after the owner explicitly chooses to subscribe and completes paid checkout. Subscribing before the trial ends starts billing immediately and ends the remaining free days. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled; an unpaid trial never converts automatically.

The trial and Team allow up to 3 users total—the owner plus 2 others. Solo allows only the owner. Active members and pending invitations count toward capacity. Before subscribing to Solo or changing from Team to Solo, remove extra members and pending invitations; choosing a preference does not remove anyone.

Optional assistance includes estimate, proposal, supplier-quote and job analysis, the Management Brief with on-demand priority explanations, company-scope Ask RHACOVA, CRM intelligence, contextual questions, the permission-controlled Finance Advisor, and summary suggestions for individual client updates and period reports. Suggestions require human review; AI does not choose prices, approve finances, publish or send for you. Standard defaults are 20 new AI requests per user and 60 per company across all AI features in a rolling 24 hours, not per feature. Cached analyses do not count as new requests; admitted attempts can count even if generation fails. Effective limits can differ from these configurable defaults: they are safeguards, not unlimited use or a guaranteed quota. Availability follows permissions and service availability.

Owners and admins can download an on-demand workspace business-data ZIP with CSV/JSON files from Account & Billing, including when the company is read-only. Individual documents and supported financial reports also have their own exports. The workspace ZIP is not a complete account backup: it does not include every module, original file, photo, support message or provider-held record. Large exports may require support. For personal-data access requests, contact us through the Privacy Policy.

Owners can manage cancellation through Account & Billing and the Stripe billing portal. Under the Terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with paid access continuing until then; it is not data deletion. Only the company owner can request plan changes in Account & Billing, subject to seat limits. Changes can create prorated charges or credits; do not assume a free upgrade or an immediate refund. Payments are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Terms for the policy.

No. Financial Management provides managerial cash, receivables, payables, profitability and reporting views. It is not certified accounting or tax software and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Job profit and company cash remain distinct.

Workspace membership and permissions restrict access to company records; financial access has additional permission controls. Job photos use private storage and authorized access. Published client updates freeze explicitly selected client-safe records, excluding internal costs, crew hours and financial details; their links can expire or be revoked. Anyone holding a valid shared link can view its shared content, so choose recipients carefully. No system is completely secure; see the Privacy Policy for safeguards and information handling.
