How do I import an estimate?
Bring in an existing spreadsheet or PDF and review it before anything is created.
Open Imports and upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or PDF file up to 20 MB.
RHACOVA reads the rows and suggests which columns are the description, quantity, unit and cost. Anything ambiguous must be reviewed by you — nothing is guessed silently.
When you confirm, a new estimate is created with the imported items. Each item keeps a link to the row it came from.
If an import was a mistake, you can roll it back as long as the imported items haven't been changed since.
