Estimates & pricing

What does Profit Guard mean?

Checks on your estimate before it goes to a customer.

Profit Guard reviews the estimate and lists specific findings, for example: the price is below the direct cost, there is no selling price yet, margin is below your target, or an item has a quantity but no cost.

Each finding says what it found, why it matters and where to fix it. It never changes your prices on its own.
