Team, billing & data
Manage your subscription, cancellation and trial expiry
Where to subscribe, change plan or cancel, and what happens when a trial or subscription ends.
Account & Billing shows the company's status. Only the owner can subscribe, switch between Solo and Team and, once a paid subscription exists, open Manage payment method, invoices or cancellation. That opens Stripe's secure billing page in a separate tab, where payment methods, invoices and cancellation are handled.
Before the trial ends: from three days before the end, the owner sees a reminder with the time left and the end date. It links to the plans and never starts a payment. Nothing is charged unless someone explicitly completes a subscription.
When the trial ends without a subscription, the company becomes read-only: data stays available, but creating and editing records pauses. Owners and admins can still export business data. Subscribing restores editing; saving a preferred plan does not.
After cancelling a paid subscription, editing continues until the end of the period already paid, then the company becomes read-only with the same data access. If a payment fails, editing continues only while Stripe is still retrying it.
Refunds and duplicate charges are never handled automatically. Contact support with the Billing or plan topic. Paid subscriptions may not be offered in every region; where they aren't, Account & Billing shows a Notify me option instead.
