Download documents, reports and files
Where each PDF and CSV download lives, and what a download does not do.
Proposals: Download PDF from the proposal's sharing options. Supplier quote requests: Download RFQ PDF on the request page.
Consolidated period reports: Download PDF from the report preview. The PDF is built on your device, and if any image can't be loaded the download is cancelled and nothing is saved.
Lists: the jobs list and Receivables offer Export CSV. Financial reports and finance billing documents (Download PDF) are available only to people with the matching finance permissions; attachments on billing documents have their own Download.
A download is a copy on your device. RHACOVA doesn't send it, share it or keep a record of who received it. To share a file, send it yourself.
These individual downloads are separate from the company ZIP export in Account & Billing, which contains spreadsheet files of selected business records and does not include these PDFs.
