Financial reports and exports

Who: each report needs its own view access; downloading also needs the export grant. Open Finance → Financial reports.

Reports: Receivables & aging and Payables & aging (current unpaid installments: Not overdue, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91+ days), Recorded cash (movement dates, account and currency) and Managerial P&L (economic date and currency).

1. Choose the report and filters. 2. Choose Export CSV or Export PDF to prepare the file, then Download CSV or Download PDF. The file includes every record matching your filters, not just the 25 shown on screen; if the records change while it is prepared, it fails rather than giving you a partial file.

Reading totals: totals are per currency and never converted. Transfers stay separate in cash, reversals keep their signed amounts, and an incomplete P&L leaves the final net result blank.

Verify: check the record count and totals in the file against the screen for the same filters. CSV uses ISO dates and dot decimals for spreadsheet import; PDFs show the company, period, filters and generation date.

Limits: aging is current, not a historical as-of balance. Cash and P&L have no job or cost-center totals. Reports are managerial, not certified statements, and are not a backup of your company data.
