How does proposal acceptance work?
Simple acceptance by the customer, or recorded by you. Not an e-signature.
Through the shared link, your customer can accept the proposal by typing their name and confirming. RHACOVA records the name, date, revision and total.
If the customer accepted another way (in person, by email or phone), you can record the acceptance yourself. It is clearly marked as recorded by you, not by the customer.
This is an operational acceptance record, not a legal electronic signature. RHACOVA does not collect payments from customers.
