Financial insights and the finance advisor
Review rule-based alerts and ask optional AI questions about the finance data you can see.
Where: Finance → Financial insights. Insights are calculated with fixed rules from your recorded data (overdue receivables, upcoming bills, spending change and gross margin decline), per currency. They create no notifications and change no amounts.
Optional AI: Ask the finance advisor answers questions about cash, receivables, bills, spending or the managerial P&L. 1. Type a question or pick a suggestion and choose Ask. 2. Read the answer and open the linked records.
It uses only the finance data your permissions allow, and every figure comes from RHACOVA's records. If the data can't answer a question, it says so instead of guessing.
It can't post, edit, pay, transfer or notify anyone. Nothing in your records changes. A conversation lasts only while the page is open and uses at most a few earlier questions; a repeated question may show a Saved answer. AI use counts toward the company's shared AI limits.
Review every answer against the linked records before deciding. Answers are not accounting, tax or legal advice.
On Home, Business insights includes the Management brief: fixed-rule issues from the areas you may see, ordered by severity then area—not an AI ranking. Open each source to review it. Missing data is unavailable, never zero; amounts and currencies stay separate.
Explain priorities runs only when clicked; company-scope Ask RHACOVA also uses the same authorized brief when you submit a question. Answers separate observed facts, possible risks and relationships, and advice, with source links. AI never sends, edits or creates business records. Unchanged facts may reuse a saved answer; language changes can require another request. All features share the existing AI limits.
Read the information limits before deciding: at most 30 open jobs are scanned, missing budgets and labor plans are disclosed, and material requirements may need refreshing by opening Purchasing on the job. An oversized explanation is refused rather than silently cut. The deterministic brief still works without AI.
